Helped save hosts time answer phones by installing an Auto Attendant that helped streamline the easy questions like what time are you open till and what are your specials. We have streamlined this so customers can call in and automatically get that information. Saving Fatheads tons of time.
Installed a new fiber connection and configured Business class Wi-Fi throughout the restaurant. The whole restaurant now gets coverage in all areas. Fixed issues like dropping Wi-Fi when placing food orders in the back freezer, with the new Wi-Fi system they have no problems placing those orders.
Assisted in Facebook Live Events and Facebook issues with the company page.
